If you are coming from BP, then you might be wondering about my investments. I am currently operating four multifamily investment deals, with one set to disposition (sell or refinance) next year. That’s a fun time because it’s when much of the investment returns come back to investors. That’s a 32-unit apartment complex. I’ve got a 16 unit, 56 unit, and 226 unit that are in the process of stabilizing and moving on to disposition in a few years. What a fun thing to work on.

For you BP investors who are high performers, this site is built for you. You are past the stages of kicking around the idea of investing and you’ve actually made the decision to get out of your comfort zone and do something for your future. DoctorEquity isn’t here to convince you to invest, you’ve already made that decision. Good for you. But if you haven’t yet decided what you will do to invest, head over to my free course on getting started investing for high performers. That’s the one place I want you to first visit. It that’s not your thing, I recommend you pick up The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, by Gary Keller. This book will give you an introduction to looking at deals and making decisions whether they are good or bad (hint: most are bad). It will take time and effort. If those seem too much for you, that’s OK! You probably have a great career right now and need to focus on it. Then passive investing is right for you.

There are so many ways to plan for your future with real estate. This is the site to help you find out which. Reach out to me if you’d like to talk.
